Amazing flavour of this savoury pickle made with fresh zucchini grown at the Petersen’s Farm combined with capsicum, onion and tasty spices.  Great idea for a dip:  Mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream or natural yogurt  and 1 tablespoon of Zucchini Pickle.
